Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to submit a return or exchange request. The item must be in its original condition with the size tag still attached.

Return shipping: The customer covers shipping both ways  160 EGP or 180 EGP— even during free shipping periods.

Important notes:

• No requests accepted after 14 days
• Damaged or missing tags = not eligible
• One process per shipment: return or exchange (not both), unless the shipment has more than one item
• During free shipping promotions, the customer still covers both-way costs for returns/exchanges
• Refunds are issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item

If you refuse the order during courier inspection: an 80 EGP fee applies.

Wrong or damaged item? We replace it for free within 7 days of delivery no shipping fees.
