Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
All of Egypt.

How long does delivery take?
Up to 7 working days.
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery. Item must be in its original condition with the size tag attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer covers both ways
160 EGP or 180 EGP even during free shipping promotions.
How long do refunds take?
Via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item.
Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes contact us ASAP with your order number. Once shipped, we can't make changes.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Tell us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If it hasn't shipped, we'll update it.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
We replace it for free within 7 days. No shipping fees.

How do I find my size?
Check the size guide on each product page.
What if I'm still not sure about my size?
Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp. Send us your measurements and we'll tell you exactly which size to pick.
How do I care for linen?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Iron on medium if needed. No bleach.
Will linen shrink?
Slight shrinkage (3-5%) on first wash is normal. We account for this in our cutting, so your piece will still fit beautifully.
